  • 3 cups cooked couscous
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked white beans (or 1 can, tired and rinsed)
  • 2 cups arugula 
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped contemporary basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped inexperienced onion
  • Lemon French dressing
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons purple wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
